According to the decision from Brazil’s Foreign Trade Secretariat of the Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade and Services, Brazil indicated that because the petitioner, Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN), refused to conduct an on-site inspection, which will affect the analysis of the case. Therefore, the anti-dumping duty (AD) investigation on pre-painted steel originating in China was terminated.

The case was launched on March 8, and the products involved are classified under 7210.70.10, 7210.70.20, 7212.40.10, 7212.40.21, and 7212.40.29.
